What is the return policy?

If you are purchasing premade activities (Adapted Books, Task Cards, PECS and more), then all activities are final sale and there are no returns or exchanges. If you are purchasing an electronic PDF download that I have emailed to you personally (from kristi@individualizedvisuals.com) then all sales are final and there are no refunds.

However, if you purchased a PDF download from teacherspayteachers.com then I will abide by their refund policy which can be found here:

At TPT, the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, you can't (really) return a PDF, Word Document, or other file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales on TPT of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

We get though that things don't always go as planned and so we can offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If you've never downloaded or digitally accessed the resource, or if your purchase falls into one of the following exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase, and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship premade activities?

Yes I do! Typically I ship within Ontario, Canada. If you live in a different country then these prices will vary. Please email kristi@individualizedvisuals.com to place an order.
